RE:      Practices and Procedures

    The following is a list of reminders of practices and procedures:

    1.  The District Court has a motion practice not a letter practice. I cannot rule on a letter, all counsel are reminded to file motions.

    2.  Notices of motions are entirely unnecessary. The motion speaks for itself and does not require a separate notice in the District Court.
