On December 3, 2007, the District Court of the Virgin Islands implemented the U.S. Courts CM/ECF program for Criminal and Civil Cases.
To access Criminal and Civil Case information you must now use the CM/ECF program and be registered with the Pacer Service Center. Criminal and Civil Case information is no longer available at this site.
The U.S. District Court for the Virgin Islands provides federal court case information on the Internet.
