The Virgin Islands Bar Association and the District Court of the Virgin Islands are pleased to announce the unveiling of a portrait of Judge Thomas K. Moore.

The portrait, painted by celebrated local artist Shansi Miller, will be unveiled at the District Court of the Virgin Islands in St. Thomas at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, March 8, 2007.

Judge Moore served as a Judge of the District Court of the Virgin Islands from August 14, 1992 until January 2, 2005.
