These Rules shall be known as the Local Rules of Civil Procedure of the District Court of the Virgin Islands of the United States. They shall be cited as "LRCi". Updated as of January 25, 2008

VI RULES OF APPELLATE PROCEDURE These Rules shall be known as the Virgin Islands Rules of Appellate Procedure. They shall be cited as V.I. R. APP. P. in the long form, and VIRAP in the short form.
