To file a case in the Bankruptcy Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system for the District of the Virgin Islands, you must first register through PACER at www.pacer.gov.

• Click on the “Register for an Account” tab located in the top menu bar.
• Select the appropriate filer role based on your filing status (e.g., attorney, limited filer, creditor, etc.).
