We are pleased to announce that effective today, September 25, 2019, the District Court of the Virgin Islands, divisions of St. Thomas/St. John and St. Croix have resumed operations between the normal hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The public is reminded that electronic filing is available through CM/ECF, the Court’s electronic case management system.
