The Judicial Conference of the United States Courts approved several changes to the district and bankruptcy court miscellaneous fee schedules, effective December 1, 2014. A summary highlighting the approved changes to the fee schedule is attached. On December 1, 2014, a revised fee schedule will be posted on the courts website.
