The United States Trustee Program is implementing virtual § 341 meetings of creditors in chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases in the Bankruptcy Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands for § 341 meetings in cases filed on or after September 1, 2023. Please see the attached notice for details.
