Pursuant to the District Court of the Virgin Islands Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Plan, the Standing Committee approved certain applicants, subject to their admission to the District Court Bar. Two of those applicants have since been admitted to the District Court Bar. Nullissa S. DeWese, Esq. and Charles J. Willoughby, Jr., Esq. are appointed to the CJA panels in both the Division of St. Croix and the Division of St. Thomas and St. John effective January 13, 2014.
