The District Court of the Virgin Islands advises the general public that the St. Thomas Division is experiencing telephone disruptions. Individuals attempting to call offices within the St. Thomas Division will have very limited access.

 

Electronic filing via CM/ECF has not been affected.

 

The public will be further advised once the disruption has been alleviated.
