The Honorable Robert A. Molloy, Chief Judge, has appointed an Advisory Committee on Rules to review and propose amendments to the Local Rules of Civil Procedure, the Local Rules of Criminal Procedure, the Local Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims and the Local Rules of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of the Virgin Islands. Accordingly, the Court hereby solicits recommendations for proposed rule amendments from members of the Virgin Islands bar and the public at large. Please see the attached notice for more information.
