The District Court of the Virgin Islands hosted their 2023 Third Circuit Court of Appeals Essay Contest Awards Ceremony on Friday, May 5, 2023 simultaneously at the Almeric L. Christian Federal Building U.S. Courthouse on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands and the Ron de Lugo Federal Building U.S. Courthouse on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
