The General Services Administration (GSA) provides space and support for nursing mothers, including access to a lactation room. This service is available to employees working in the building, as well as lawyers, litigants, and the public attending court for hearings or trials.

     Currently, the lactation room is only available in the St. Thomas/St. John Division at the Ron de Lugo Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, located on the first floor, Room No.189.
