Local Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims

The District Court of the Virgin Islands has amended the Local Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims to be effective February 1, 2026.

Local Bankruptcy Rules

The District Court of the Virgin Islands has amended the Local Bankruptcy Rules for the Bankruptcy Division to be effective February 1, 2026.

Local Rules of Civil Procedure

The District Court of the Virgin Islands has amended the Local Rules of Civil Procedure to be effective February 1, 2026.

Local Rules of Criminal Procedure

The District Court of the Virgin Islands has amended the Local Rules of Criminal Procedure to be effective February 1, 2026.

Internal Operating Procedures

These "Internal Operating Procedures" ["IOPs"] cover the essential processes of the Appellate Division, from the distribution of the briefs to the final termination of the appeal.

VI Rules of Appellate Procedure

These Rules shall be known as the Virgin Islands Rules of Appellate Procedure. They shall be cited as V.I. R. App. P. in the long form, and VIRAP in the short form.
